The Broadmore Miami Beach

Excellent location, we had a great time. My only suggestion is that would be nice if the rooms were cleaned up while we were staying, we were there for a total of 6 days and we never had our rooms cleaned up. Other than that I think is a great value and hotel, we were able to enjoy the beach And easy to access to downtown Miami. See you next time!!! we would stay there again. Jenn and Augustine were great hosts!!! Very helpful and informative. Super friendly !!!

Wonderful Stay at the Broadmore Hotel Miami Beach We, Jure and Eva, had an excellent experience at the Broadmore Hotel Miami Beach. The location alone is unbeatable — right on the beach, with the ocean just steps away and plenty of great spots to explore nearby. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel relaxed and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a smooth visit. What we appreciated most was the atmosphere: laid‑back, beachy, and authentic Miami. It’s the perfect place for anyone who wants to enjoy the ocean, unwind, and feel well taken care of without unnecessary fuss. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would happily return. Yes it’s an old hotel, rooms are old, elevator is slow but it’s cheap and the location is perfect if you plan to be on the beach you can’t get closer. All in all it served its purpose. Great restaurants and bars near by, friendly staff.

Yes, the building is old and the elevator is slow, but it works. The staff is so friendly. The ocean view room is very spacious and extremely clean. The access to the beach couldn’t be any easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I changed hotels at last minute due to other accommodation not been as thorough when contacting them . When I contacted Broadmore about booking they emailed back with all the info I needed . Upon arrival we was given a ocean view room , Miami is known for its renowned architecture so I new the style of the hotels in Miami Beach were centric and this was actually a nice touch , the staff were amazing so friendly especially AUGUSTINA , friendly faces and service really makes a difference I felt at ease . Before travelling I was really hesitant as some reviews were not that great , I personally think they’ve been unfair as the hotel offers great beach in front , shops friendly service and tidy clean rooms ! I would just say the lift was th only issue but does work just slow . As someone travelling all over the world and from the uk I am pretty fussy ! This was perfect for our stay as we also did a cruise so location is also great and not so far from south beach which we visited . Very happy with our stay and enjoyed my daughters 12th birthday, People need to be realistic in there expectations this was lovely stay

I had a wonderful experience while staying here. The staff was great... especially Jen who checked us in early, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular! Great experience, and we will be back!

Augustine and Josefina checked us in and they were wonderful. So helpful and polite. We found the whole staff was great. Rooms were very clean. Yeah it’s an old building and has some blemishes but service and cleanliness is top notch. 5 stars

We called ahead due to taking a red-eye & arrange an early check-in, Jenn and AJ at the front desk were amazing. They happily greeted us, set us up in the best room available with an incredible view, and made us feel so welcome. Their fun, energetic personalities, along with the clean room and beautiful views, truly made our stay special.
